2.Main structure of equipment
    

1) Electrical system
2)The machine adopts 380V, three-phase four-wire power supply.

4) The main motor circuit is provided with short circuit, overload and phase loss protection.
5) There is an open-door power off device between the electrical box door and the cabinet to ensure safe operation and maintenance.    
                             

3.Hydraulic system, synchronization technology and compensation technology 

    1)Hydraulic system

       Using the German Doctor - Rexroth using the German Doctor Rexroth company proportional
servo valve drive, can get very high synchronous control accuracy. The integrated hydraulic control
system simplifies the pipeline, prevents leakage, improves the stability of the machine tool, and
makes the appearance more concise and beautiful. The use of internal gear pump ensures low noise
and long service life of the whole system. The sealing ring is imported with good sealing
performance, reliable operation and long service life.

   2)Synchronization technique

      The bending machine adopts electro-hydraulic servo control technology simultaneously,
and the position of the slider is fed back to the numerical control system by the grating ruler on
both sides, and then the numerical control system controls the opening size and adjusts the oil
intake of the cylinder, so as to control the synchronous operation of the slider (Y1,Y2) and always
maintain a parallel state to the workbench. According to the process state of the sheet metal of the
bending machine, the CNC system automatically controls the deflection compensation of the
table to achieve the uniform effect of the full length Angle of the workpiece.

   3)Compensation technique

      The mechanical compensation system can overcome the influence of the slider deformation
on the quality of the workpiece during the working process, and ensure the good straightness
and bending Angle of the workpiece. Deflection compensation is composed of a set of inclined
iron installed in the lower work surface, which can make the workbench move relative to each
other, and the stroke plus the ideal curve of the convex, to ensure that the relative position of the
slide block is unchanged after the stress, and the compensation amount is automatically
calculated by the numerical control system according to the plate thickness, mold opening
and material characteristics.
